and a bit of cleaning
If LiLi was not running after launching it then try redownloading the latest version. I reuploaded a new file that should fix the issue.
If it still does not run, kill any "LiLi USB Creator.exe" process before running it.
LiLi 2.8.27 now supports :

Parted Magic is now commercial. Any future versions should work with LiLi as it did for the past few years.
